Founded in 2017 by a group of humanitarians with a scope of nation-building through civil and formal education, Bahar Education Foundation (BEF) is a not-for-profit organization. BEF aims to financially and academically support underprivileged higher education students to eliminate poverty from excuses that stunt academic and social progress.

BEF believes education is a universal human right and privilege. Spreading this exquisite message to appeal to the charitable sense of our community to provide financial and academic assistance to talented and deserving students, BEF has confidence in the youth of Pakistan, whose intelligence and talents express so much to offer to the service for our nation.

BEF’s mission is Changing Lives through Professional Education. BEF rises to prominence among similar other philanthropic organizations across Pakistan by centering in on facilitating students with support in their professional education.

Scope

BEF has been providing merit scholarships, stipends and incentives based on the academic and social development of talented but underprivileged higher education students attending various BA/BSc/MA/MSc degree programs including but not limited to Engineering, Medicine, Law, Education, Agriculture, Management, and Information Technology.

Completed Projects

Since launching its services to this date, Bahar Education Foundation has expanded its reach across Pakistan by sacrificing over 2000+ cattle on Eid al-Adha and distributing meat to over 250,000 people in all provinces, packing and delivering over 30,000+ staple food hampers catering to over 250,000 needy people in Ramadan, and distributing over 30,000 merit scholarships worth more than 20 million rupees to bright and deserving high school and university students.
